Promotional artwork for the second SME Honolulu digital sales and marketing panel

Part two of the previous year's SME Honolulu panel, featuring sales and marketing experts Anna Covert, founder of Covert Communication, and Darshaun Nadeau, founder of Flowing Blue.

They covered behavioural strategies including loss aversion, autonomy bias, and the scarcity effect, and explored how these principles can elevate AI-driven marketing.

The session looked at how psychological triggers can be applied to create compelling ad copy, optimise landing pages, and improve customer touchpoints across the buyer's journey. Incorporating these strategies into AI models lets businesses build personalised campaigns that drive action, improve conversion rates, and build deeper connections with their audiences.

The event included networking, heavy pupus, drinks and prizes. Tickets were $50 for members and $55 for non-members.
